This is it, the cream filling to the twinky. its the likes and dislikes of the nintendo wii. like the playstation series, i growup with nintendo. the only system i did own was the super nintendo, i know i know it was a sweet piece of machinery, but i know a friend how owned the beastie and we’ed went nuts and bolts over it. with the sleek design and unek controlling, the nintendo wii is the most popular and most wanted hardware in the world. with all the accessories for the wii there countless and endless fun for everyone. there are many titles for the wii, mostly multieplayer games for all ages. there are a few mature rated games for the wii. if you’d like to know more about the nintendo wii the best thing to do is to read about it online or in gamer magazines. iv said this before all of things i’v said in this and other post are all of my opinion. im not saying dont buy any of this systems or anything like that, just it be nice for some of the changes. so now lets got to the likes and dislike of the nintendo wii.
LIKES…
1. the compact size of the wii fits in small tight spaces. with the stand you can fit it in areas where other devises wouldn’t fit. you can all so lay it down and fit it areas.
2. with wifi built in like the ps3 you dont need a wireless adapter to enjoy the freedom and awesomeness of internet connection.
3. the unek and crazy sweet disign of the remote and nunchuck you dont have the crampingness of keeping your hands just in front of you. with the classic nintendo games the wii also has the famillar and most reconigzed classic remote. its a mixed between all of the nintendo controllers.
4. when connected to the internet when a new message comes up while the system isn’t in use the disc drive opening will light up blue, letting you know you’ve recived a new message. its pretty cool watching flash.
5. i like that in the main menu that everything is it’s own channel. example.. wii shop channel, wheather channel, news channel, or if you download classic or wii ware games the game is its’s own channel.
6. i like that there are classic nintendo games for download. although it cost a certain amount of points for a classic or wii ware games, once you purchase the games and download it if for some reason it erased or if you delete it you’re able to redownload it and enjoy it without repaying for it.
7. i like that you can write memos or messages in the future or when ever and when that date comes you’ll be informed and will be able to open it up and read it.
8. i like that its compatible with the nintendo gamecube. alot of people don’t know that is 2 systems in one.
9. i like that it has web browser. the only thing is you have to download it the the wii.
10. the best thing about the wii it’s that its from nintendo. yeah i know nintendo has their ups and downs. they’ve been out since like 1985 or so. their systems have their flaws, but its nintendo the most recenized name in all the history of game systems.
DISLIKES…
1. i really dont like that the sencer bar cable is really really thin. it be very easy to break.
2. i dont like that the memory built in. it is like half a gig of memoy. i know you use a sd card to save game information, but you have to manually transfer the information over. when you save a game you cant choose to save to the wii or sd card, it’s just straight to the internel memory.
3. if you dont have wifi but wired internet you have to buy a adapter that plugs into the usb port to be able to connect an ethernet cable to the wii for internet.
4. if you own gamecube games and you play them on the wii you have to use a gamecube memory card to save. you can’t use the sd card of memory from the wii to save. even though it cost like $10 bucks for a gamecube memory card it be nice to have one memory bank to save all information on the wii system.
5. i really dont like that nintendo does’nt have much adult (mature rated) games for the wii. there’s a few but it be nice to see more. in my opinion about 90% of the games for the wii is rated E10 and up. im not saying the the games are bad, just would like to see more hardcore action games.
6. i dont like that the nintendo logo isn’t on the front of the system or on the remote. its not a big deal but i remember on the other nintendo system it was everywhere. it let you know its from nintendo and their proud that it’s writen on it. not saying that their not proud of their work, but if someone who’s never seen the wii and just happen to see one and was wow’ed by the look and feel of the system and games and was like how’s this from and you’d be like its from nintendo. they’d be like ohh really!!! i only see the logo on the side. i would have never known it was from nintendo. if you’d never heard of nintendo ether you’r nuts or just dont care.
7. i don’t like that the system doesn’t have a startup screen. again not a big deal but the gamecube has a startup screen. you see the commercials for the wii and at the end it shows the wii logo and the 2 I’s bow down and stand back up and with the sound playing. nintendo should have used that a the startup screen.
8. i guess thats about all the dislikes for the nintendo wii. the system isn’t bad at all. i just hate when people ask me if i own one and i say yes i do. then they ask me if its the coolist thing ever, im like its alright. then their like just alright, and im like yeah. their like why, and i tell them there’s not to mant games that i’d like to get for it to play. if there were so bad ass games for the system i’d most likely but it, but there isn’t really.
